You sang that inside your head didn’t you? 😁 Well, you get to hear me sing it, so my apologies. Yes, it’s May, and the year is flyingggg by!
Today, we talk about “Manufactured Energy” vs “Natural Energy”. In a world with so many demands from family, job, health, and world issues it can be really easy to feel depleted in your energy stores and sources.
Manufactured energy is forced, short-lived, and often fueled by stimulants or hype. Natural energy flows from alignment—rest, purpose, nutrition, and passion. While manufactured energy burns fast and fades, natural energy sustains, empowers, and feels effortless. True performance and longevity come from tapping into what’s real, not what’s artificially created.
Manufactured tends to be short term solutions while natural energy requires a health and wellness plan that is rooted in long term principles.
Like many episodes we do, a common theme is health and wellness. Natural energy comes from surrounding yourself around positive people, quality sleep, eating better, regular movement, hydration, and mindfulness. Daily sunlight, reduced stress, and living with purpose really adds to your energy stores. Unlike stimulants, these habits create sustained energy.
