Today we talk about my Uncle Hank who passed recently and the impact he had on my life. His work ethic inspired me and that leads into a mini-rant by myself on effort, the anti-hustle movement, and why building big businesses require imbalance and a lot of time.
There is a softening in society, and I think we forget how our ancestors acquired and achieved what they have. Perhaps it's not only a lack of effort but more a lack of passion and love for what you are doing.
Work for what you want, not because it's called "working hard" but because you recognize it's essential to your wants.
We get super real and keep things honest about what successful businesses and careers ACTUALLY require, because we not only have seen it, but we've done it.
Strap on your seatbelt, it gets bumpy in this episode.
